Cleans clothes exceptionally well, but…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans clothes exceptionally well, but the Pet Pro feature is a gimmick. I have 5 cats and in the month that I’ve owned this machine I have yet to see any pet hair in the trap. In all honesty, I didn’t expect the machine to actually do something about pet hair, I just love the brand and have purchased it regularly over the last 30 years.

Happy we bought it

Good washer but doesn't collect dog hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer works well. The pet pro feature does almost nothing. The old dryer I have collected most of the dog hair from the wash. Only when I washed a small blanket by itself did the wash collect some dog hair.

see no difference
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used front loaders for the last 20 years. I used the pet pro option and it does not collect the pet fur. Very little is left in the filter. Not sure if my pets hair is too fine to be caught in the filter. Spent so much money on this washer and it is no better than any other washer I've used.

Incredible Machine

Constant Error Codes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the pet pro feature where you can add extra water to a cycle, but when I do it often has trouble spinning and gives me an error code and I have to start all over. Very annoying. Wish I would have bought something different.

Works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works really well. The cycles take longer than our old washer . When we googled it it said it was because of the pet pro feature. If it gets the dog hair then I don’t mind.
